皮兰塔伊斯是一个脾气暴躁、刻薄的女人，她遭遇了一场车祸，头部被斩首，但奇迹般的是，由于她的精神力量，她仍然活着。她把头抬向皮蒂博士的房子，皮蒂博士试图进行实验来了解她的力量，并试图重新连接她的头，但失败了。Piluntha的身体开始腐烂，她需要为实验找到一个新的身体。白天，她用围巾盖住伤口，然后出去，然而，晚上，她出去寻找一个新的身体，导致此后妇女失踪的情况。与此同时，皮兰塔开始对她的堂兄维拉雷的财务主管萨肯产生兴趣。Pilanthais a bad-tempered and mean woman who has a car accident that decapitates her head but miraculously, she is still alive due to her mental power. She carries her head to Dr. Piti's house who tries to conduct experiments to learn about her power and attempts to re-attach her head but fails. Piluntha's body then starts to rot and she needs to find a new body for the experiments. In the day, she covers the cut with a scarf and goes out however, in the night, she goes out to look for a new body, resulting in missing cases of women after this. Meanwhile, Pilantha starts getting interested in Sakkarn, her cousin Wiraree's finance.
